Charm Monster

The spell charm monster will allow the caster to charm creatures that are
not humanoid. While under the caster's spell the creature will obey all orders
given by the caster. This spell lasts a varied amount of time. Charm monster can
be cast upon any character in the same room as the caster. Because of the high
concentration required to control a creature's mind, a very limited number of
creatures can be controlled.
